I think my math teacher wants to help me, but she gets really mad at the people who have bad grades. How do I ask her for extra credit? What can I do? (I'm in 7th grade, by the way.)

I'm also in seventh grade. Ask her after class if you can come to her after school or during lunch to ask some questions because you were confused about a couple of things. (Keep a post-it note on a top corner of your desk and write down questions as you think of them during class.) She will probably appreciate that you are trying to bring your grade up. The one thing that teachers hate more than kids with bad grades is kids with bad grades who don't care or try to do better.
