I removed the popcorn from a ceiling. As I did along the edges along the molding, I get long dried up strips of paint which I can't get off. I think it is the paint from the molding. It feels like thin pieces of rubber. Any ideas on how to get rid of these pieces of dried up rubbery paint? Thanks

Bubbling paint might be a sign that you haven't sanded the laminate enough. Use a 120-grit sandpaper and gently sand the surface of the cabinets in a circular motion. Then re-try painting the cabinets.
