When I pack my duffel bag, it just folds down, so I can't use my hands to put stuff in it because they are holding up the bag. What can I do?

You could try putting cardboard in the sides of the bag, then removing the cardboard when you are done. Or, you could get a friend to help. You could put the bag against a wall.
