Gather the natural hair up into a ponytail (which would be like a top knot) and attach either synthetic braiding hair or track weave hair to the ponytail. Once you've secured the hair into a ponytail, make it into a bun. If it's an afro puff that you're looking for, you can get an afro puff and secure that to the bun.
