That depends on the context. Smiling while talking or laughing when you make a joke is normal, and can be a sign of friendship, not a crush. But if she can't stop smiling around you and doesn't smile like that around her other friends, or if she laughs a lot at even your most boring jokes, then it's possible she likes you.
