Do you have any evidence that she's having an affair, or are you just feeling jealous? Many people have close friends of the opposite sex. If this is really bothering you, try talking to her (calmly) about your concerns. If there's anything she does in particular that makes you uncomfortable, mention that. If she really cares for you, she'll probably be willing to make some adjustments.
