I think we all need to make ourselves our first priority and then trust that we can make adjustments in every other area of our lives to fit around that. Give yourself at least a half hour in the morning, and then at least a half hour at night, that are yours. You can meditate, read, journal, listen to music, or dance, whatever you need to really nourish yourself, connect deeply with yourself, and tune out everything else that's happening in the world.
