If you know what you're writing about but you just can't put it down on the page, open an audio recorder on your phone. Then, press the record button and just say what you want to type out loud. When you're done with a section, play back what you recorded and write it out. This is a really easy way to get started if you know what to say but you just don't know how to say it.
