Every one to three days, depending on what you've been doing. For example, if you've been exercising or live in a hot climate, your hair may get dirty faster and need to be washed every day. It's also true that the more often you wash your hair, the faster it gets greasy. If you want to wash it less frequently, you'll need to gradually decrease your washing frequency and maybe wear your hair in a ponytail or braid in the meantime. After a couple weeks your scalp will produce less oil and you'll find your hair does not get dirty as fast.
