Perhaps, instead of cats, you could make the characters dogs, wolves, lions or rabbits. Maybe you could add imaginary creatures like dragons or phoenix into the story. Maybe the animal teams don't need a specific code or theme. Also, even if a warrior fan judges you, ignore them.
