Corn cobs are best barbecued with the husk left around the corn, as this acts to keep the moisture in and prevents the corn from getting dirty. However, remove the corn silk first, (peel back the husk, remove silks, then peel the husk back over the corn kernels). To stop scorching, soak the whole corn and husk in water for 3 hours prior to barbecuing. Barbecue for about 15 minutes but test 5 minutes beforehand, to check how they are cooking.
