I have grouted a 12 in mosaic picture and it has dried the same color as the background tiles. How can I darken the grout now?

Detailed instructions are given in the "Coloring Dried Grout" section. All colors dry to a lighter shade than they appear when wet. Test a lower corner area to make sure it dries to the desired color.
