Using a soap solution and an ethyl alcohol solution should be able to remove at least part of the stain. Whether the whole stain can be removed depends on how dark it is. Since ivory is a very porous material, stains tend to last. You can try to bleach the ivory using lemon juice, but bleaching compromises and weakens the material.
