The same as any other jewelry: soap and water. Depending on the quality of the jewel, you could place it in an ultrasonic cleaner, but only if it's a high quality finish. If you're not sure about the material, it's best to contact your body piercer or the manufacturer of the jewelry and ask them what they suggest, since that stuff can vary greatly and you can damage it.
