Yes, but you need a third-party tool such as Resource Hacker. Drag the executable into Resource Hacker and then change the Icon. Remember that this isn’t guaranteed to work. Changing the icon might not work, the Icon value might not even appear, the Icon might change back, the Icon might turn blank or the app simply will not open anymore.
