This shouldn't happen, and if it does, it indicates that your tree is not getting enough water (or too much) or may be receiving too much heat. Also, check your potting soil to ensure that there is not too much peat. Finally, make sure your tree is firmly seated in its pot, using wire for stabilization if necessary.
