You should gently clean your underarms with peroxide and cool water. Pat them dry and avoid using deodorant for 24-48 hours. You can use coconut oil or aloe vera to moisturize, but if your deodorant stings, wash it off and wait another 24 hours to try again. You could also try using an all-natural deodorant cream or bar -- that might not cause any irritation.
