It depends on what size of coop you would like to build. But I would recommend that you do not use plywood. I have had experience with chickens for about 5 years, and the first coop I built was made of plywood. Within four months it was peeling apart and bugs were living inside of the layers of plywood. Plywood also does not do well in the rain and snow.
