To bring it to a head, the best thing to try is a warm compress such as a washcloth soaked in warm water. Wring out the excess water and place the compress over the blind pimple to help draw out the fluid and bring the pimple to a head. Once the fluid is near the surface, you can apply some gentle pressure around the pimple to help it drain. Just don't don't squeeze the pimple. Also, make sure you wash your hands before touching your skin.
