I know it's hard to be direct about your feelings sometimes (especially if you have anxiety), but you should talk to her. Just tell her you miss her and that her friendship is really important to you. Invite her out to do something you know she'll really want to do. If she's too busy to hang out sometimes, try to keep up with her by text, phone, social media, etc. Also, try to make friends at your new school. Join some activities, approach some new people, etc. You don't want to rely on this one person for all of your happiness.
