It could be because the door is crooked and won't properly lock. But don't worry! You can actually adjust the door using the adjustment slots. Nearly all types of uPVC doors allow you to make minor adjustments to the door’s positioning via slots on the hinges. With the door closed, check the exposed part of the hinges for small, hexagonal slots. Use an Allen wrench to turn the top hinge clockwise 1-2 full rotations. Then, check to see if that fixes the issue. If it doesn't, try a few more rotations and check it again.
