I angered with my college. Still he is angry and does't speak with. But i have sent an apology mail to him. He did not sent reply me for that. How to handle in such a situation?

You can't force someone to accept your apology. However, you may want to follow-up face-to-face to make sure the person knows that your apology was sincere. Pull him aside and restate what was said in the email.
