Not necessarily Bluetooth, but smart watches off the internet can be programmed with data that can be bought online. These watches usually, but not always, are quite chunky or thick. If you see this, just ask them to take it off and place in a central basket along with phones, for the duration of the exam. If they are planning on cheating, they will likely ask why they can't have their watch. Ensure that there are clocks in the room for time keeping.
