Yes, but the it's a bit hard and the flight doesn't last long if you don't steer it properly. Go to the Shoreside airport and the the dodo on the end of the runway. Get the dodo on the runway, line it up and then start to accelerate, hold up so that the front part of the plane is scraping on the ground. After a while it will start sparking. When you get to the end of the runway let go of up. The plane will start to fly and gain height. After this point do not press up or down. As long as you don't do that the plane will not fall. To steer, gently tap left/right.
