All recording studios have different prices. The best thing I can say is you get what you pay for. You want to get somebody that knows what you're playing. Typically, on the cheap side, it's $40 an hour. Some places go up to $100 to $200 an hour. It all depends on how many songs you want, how many instruments you want on the track, and how much you're going to pay for mixing and mastering and all that also. About $4,000 - $5,000 for a whole album is a general ballpark for a good studio.
