A general ENT might work, but I would recommend going to a laryngologist. You may need to get a rigid stroboscopy procedure done, where the doctor uses a camera to take a look at your vocal cords. Once they know what the problem is, they'll be able to give you recommendations on how you can repair your vocal cords.
