I am allergic to those static clean clothes used in dryers. Is there any way to clean a dryer that has had those used in the dryer?

You should be able to remove most allergens from your dryer by simply wiping it out. The dryer does not introduce anything other than heat and air to your clothing in the drying process, so as long as you have eliminated traces of the dryer sheet within the drum, you should be safe.
