I have a wonderful, 69-year old volunteer with walking pneumonia. He's been on oxygen for quite some time and wants to continue to volunteer. Can he continue without risk to himself or others?

As long as volunteering does not adversely affect his condition he should be able to continue. If it is causing some stress it may be advisable to approach the subject with him.
