First, do not wait until you have a fire. All the computers should be connected to some a server for data storage. The server should have an offsite or cloud back-up. If your office had a fire and lost 15+ computers, call the insurance company and buy a new office and new computers and new server. Use your offsite back-up or cloud back-up to restore your data.
