You can start by following good hygienic practices, like taking a shower and washing underarm areas with soap in the morning and before bed. Also, changing your clothing daily is helpful. Apply and reapply aluminum-free deodorant. You can also use moist cleansing wipes during the day if you sweat. Make sure your overall health is good by eating plenty of fiber and drinking 10-12 glasses of spring water a day. Sweating in a sauna and/or exercising helps to detox your system and excrete a lot of wastes through your skin which will improve your overall smell. Practice relaxation techniques such as diaphragmatic breathing and visualization to calm yourself down. And most importantly, don’t sweat for sweating--everybody sweats and smells. Do what you can to stay healthy and happy, and your overall smell will follow.
