Turning can be really tricky at first! Try practicing an A-frame turn as you learn the basics. With this turn, you’ll skate with your feet angled inward, like the letter “A.” When you’re ready to turn, put pressure on the opposite foot of the direction you’re hoping to go. For example, if you wanted to turn left, you’d apply a little extra pressure to your right foot.
