I have a fiberglass bathtub, and this weird pinkish orange stuff keeps staining the bottom. What is this, and how do I get rid of it?

This happened to me, and I found it was a result of the Dial Gold soap we were using. We like the Dial Gold, however, and will not stop using it, so we just clean with diluted bleach spray every so often.
