As a girl in your situation, I wear a lot of dresses (Hot Topic has great A-cut ones that are super cute), so I would recommend that. Otherwise, try wearing a t-shirt and jeans, with jeans that hug a little and a t-shirt that cinches the waist slightly. Stay away from stuff cut for men, as that can create a boxy look.
