Turn off your Android device. Press and hold the Power, Volume Down, and Camera buttons simultaneously. Release the buttons once your Android device is powered on. Scroll using your Volume Up/Down buttons until you find the Factory Data Reset option, and select it. This will restore your phone to the state when you first bought it (note: any data stored on the phone may be lost, and apps will have to be reinstalled).
