My parent's anniversary is on 26 February but I have an important exam on 27th. What should I do, I can study previously but my parents still won't like it if I don't study on that day?

Try celebrating the anniversary beforehand or after your exams for a proper celebration. Or prepare a gift beforehand and give it to them.
