No, evaporated milk could cause diarrhea, which would be fatal in a baby mouse. The closest thing to a female mouse's milk is puppy replacement milk, so give this instead. Until you can get puppy milk, you can also give the mouse some Pedialyte to help keep the baby hydrated.
