Yes, but the requirements are more strict than they used to be. Now you must be able to prove you have a net income (after taxes) of £25,000 a year (you won't be allowed to work in the UK), and be able to show a connection to the UK, like close relatives or a previous long period of stay. Look on the UK Home Office's website for more information.
