$15-25 an hour is ideal, especially if the nanny is experienced - and you may want to pay on the higher end for a larger number of children or jobs that are a little more intensive (e.g., special needs). If the person is just starting out, you could offer $10 an hour to begin with and gradually increase the wage if she does well.
