That depends a lot on the tone of the thank you and your relationship with your boss. If things are fairly formal at your job, you can’t go wrong with a simple “You’re welcome.” You can also add “Please let me know if there’s anything else I can do.” If you work in a more casual setting, you can say something like “Happy to help!” or “My pleasure!”
