I have severe OCD and I share a room with my sister. She doesn't care about a messy room and I've asked her about cleaning her mess, and I've cleaned her mess. She trashes the floor to the point where you step on her clothes and papers anywhere you go in the room. It's too much. Please help.

You should either try to work something out with your sister - e.g., if she keeps the room clean, you do something for her; or you do all the cleaning and she does something else for you in exchange - or if you can't, ask your parents to intervene.
