Yes; in the USA, under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, if a copyright owner claims that the works you posted infringe a copyright and requesting the online publisher to remove it, you may object to the claim by filing a copyright notice. The copyright owners may then sue you to prevent YouTube from re-enabling the work online.
