First of all, it's good to find out why you are not staying focused. Try doing a time tracking log. In other words, every half hour stop and record what you did. At the end of a week, look at it and determine how much of your time is going where. You may find that you're surfing the internet half the time. Another tip to stay focused would include figuring out what you are good at and what you enjoy doing. Chances are the stuff you have a hard time staying focused on is the stuff that you're not very good at doing or don't enjoy. The more you can create an environment where you're operating from your strengths, the more focused you're going to be.
