All I have temporarily is cow's milk, I found abandoned kitten on side of the highway and all stores are closed near me. What do I do until tomorrow?

Do not feed the kitten cow's milk. Call your local emergency vet clinic, or animal shelter. They will probably tell you to bring the kitten in so they can take care of it.
