Anime doesn't have a specific art style, think of anime like Japanese cartoons, the styles vary a lot. If you go onto DeviantArt there are TONS of artists doing commissions (requested art that's paid for by you), or you can find some free anime art, there are plenty of ways you can host an anime party without the art skills.
