An extra large cuff is really in right now, but you want this one to be as even and as close to perfect as possible. Have a ruler handy, and mark off the fold on both legs. Unlike a smaller cuff, this one will come undone when not attached so pin the cuff or use a needle and thread to help sew it in place.
