In my experience, people who work out early are usually the most dedicated, because almost never does something come up that's going to derail you in the morning. The later you push it in the day, the more likely you are to have a work commitment or a family commitment or just be too tired from what you've been doing. Or something fun might come up that you'd rather do than work out. So I always find that the clients who work out with me early in the morning are the most consistent ones. That being said, everyone's schedule is different. And everyone's time demands are different. You have to figure out the time of day that works best for you.
