This article explains what to do (the "young men's market") and would be applicable to your age in many cases. However, you should have a chaperone, probably a parent and you definitely need your parent's permission. Get a portfolio put together with photographs from a professional photographer. One thing that might be an issue is your height -- you may not yet be tall enough at 15, but if you are, then it should be fine.
