That depends, because there are so many styles of mullet. Start by figuring out how long you want the shortest part to be, then how long you want the longest to be. Cut your bangs starting in the middle of your forehead, then go around, graduating the length. If you want it to be shaggy, you'll also need to add a lot of layers to it.
