I went through the same things when I was in high school. I wasn't necessarily a bad student, but I would talk during class. The best thing to do is to stop acting disrespectfully, and show him that you care about the class and want to succeed. If he still is prejudiced against you, try approaching him in a respectful manner and say that you want to do well and inquire what you can do to get better.
