Most makeups are hypoallergenic. They basically are synthetic molecules that are mixed in with some type of moisturizer base and most of them do not make blemishes worse. If your blemishes are worsened by makeup, then you're wearing the wrong makeup for your skin and you should find one that's not going to be irritating.
